Dear student,

The arrangement in the center is Wheatstone bridge type arragement. Hence the5\mu Fcapacitor can be neglected. Now the2\mu F and 4\mu Fare in series giving an equivalent capacitance of\dfrac{4}{3}\mu F.
Also the4\mu F and 8\mu Fcapacitors are in series giving an equivelent capacitancc of\dfrac{8}{3}\mu F.
These capacitances are in parallel giving net capacitance of\dfrac{8}{3}\,mu F+\dfrac{4}{3}\mu F=4\mu F.
This capacitor is in series with two2\mu Fcapacitors. Hence the net capacitance is\dfrac{4}{5}\mu F
