if inner surface is grounded
Then (Q1+Q2)/2 charge will appear on outer surfaces of both and inner surfaces will have no charge.
if outer surface is grounded
Charge on outer of both=0
Respective charges will come on inner surfaces of its plates respectively.
and adding dielectrics will increase the capacitance by a factor k
