Charge +60 C and charge - 20 C on the two spheres.
Total charge in the system Q = 60-20 = 40 C

Since the two spheres are identical so they will share equal charges after seperated from contact.
So each shpere will have acharge of 20 C on it.
Now the seperation is
r=10 cm = 0.1 m and
q1 = 20 C
q2 = 20 C

Now the electrostatics force will be

F = \frac{k*q1*q2}{r^{2}}
  F = \frac{9*10^{9}*20*20}{0.1^{2}}
F = 3.6*10^{14} N
