At the centre of triangle the field is non-zero but potential is zero. (Reason - Electric field is proportional to 1/r2. Superposition applies here, that is the net field is the sum of each charge’s contribution to the field. They are all the same distance from the triangle center, so you can just add the charges: 2+1−1 which does not equal 0.)
