The quantum of charge is 1.60 × 10^-19C. Is there a Corresponding quantum of mass?

As far as we know… no.

But mass is a peculiar thing. Mass ans energy are essentially equivalent in relativity.

Mass is indeed “quantized” for particles in the sense that all particles of the same type have the same rest mass (all electrons have the same rest mass for example)

But in general there is no “quantum mass”. Whether rest mass is indeed quantized (and perhaps linked to the Higgs field) is not yet known and personally I do not know if any theory even predicts that.
