potential of hollow sphere is constant throughout its volume.
So potential at ¼m from its centre will be 100V
Hope it clears.

Since ..sphere is hollow..hence charge resides on surface ..and as no charge inside and By gauss law E inside it is 0 and hence as V=-E.dr ..thus V will also be zero...

Inside the conducting charged sphere eiectric field is zero and potential remaines constant at all points and equals to potential at the surface.

Hence, the potential at I /4 m from the centre is 1000 V.
