1st we need to find relative error as: if we take the actual mass of body to be 10kg ,then error is 10.1-10=0.1.then find percentage error by multiplying the relative error i,e 0.1 by 100 which is equal to 10%

we need to get relative errors 
if the the mass is taken to be 10 or 10.2 then 
error is 10.1-10
%error is 0.1×100/10
so ans is 10%
