after long time circuit will be in steady state and charge on capacitor will be CV. where V is potential difference across capacitor.Potential of capacitor upper plate = 12Vpotential of capacitor lower plate = 20 VSo charge on capacitor Q = CV = 2*(20-12) = 16\muC

So charge on capacitor Q = CV = 2*(20-12) = 16\muC
