correct answer is zero.
because there are two parallel branch
one with 3V and 1 ohm
and second with 6V and 2 ohm
so E1 = 3V, r1 = 1
E2 = 6V, r2 = 2
so net EMF
E = (E1*r2 – E2*r1)/(r1+r2) = 0

Upper Side 
E = 3V 
R = 1 Ohm 
 
Lower Side 
E = 6V 
R = 2 Ohm 
 
Now 
E/rp = E1/r1 + E2/r2 
I.e. 
4 V

There are two branches in parallel and by the parallel combination of cells we can find net Emf if we first calculate net Resistance in parallel
