electric feild magnitude = potential/radius(in m)
direction will be radially outward from centre of surface.

potential at first equipotential surface
V = KQ/r = 60
r = 0.1m
So KQ = 6
then electric field is given by
E = KQ/r2 = 6/r2 V/m
