Increasing the voltage between conuctors of coaxial cable it is determined that at voltage (Uac)max=135kV, second dielectric is loosened. Calculate Ɛr2.
a=3mm, b=6mm, c=12mm, Ɛr1=8, Es1=300kV/cm, Es2=200kV/cm
Result:
Ɛr2=5
