As the side of 3D square = b 
Measure of charge = +q 
Vitality at the middle = kq/r^2 
= kq/b^2 
This would be the Energy associated with it.

The potential energy is -kq * q/r. The distance of every charge form the charge at center is half the diagonal of cube.So, r = √3 x b/2, where b is side length of cube.As a cube has 8 corners, the potential energy = -8kq x q/r=-8qq2/4πe.√3b=-4qq/√3πe.b
