Dear student,
To find the electric field, start from the inner most shell/sphere. Put the charges inside the conducting part of the sphere as zero and apply gauss law to find out the electric field in the region between the sphere/shell and the next shell. Again put electric field inside the next shell as zero and hence using gauss law, find out the charge induced in the inner side of the shell. From conservation of charge on the given shell, find out that on the outer surface of the shell and so on.
To find the electric potential, find the potential on each shell due to charges present on each of the sphere present. The potential due to any sphere inside it iswhich is a constant. The potential due to the same at a point outside it at a distancefrom it is. So for any given shell, find the potential on its surface due to itself and due to all other shells, according to if the given shell is present inside or outstide that shell. Then algebrically sum all the potentials.
