Ahmm...you posted this question in electrostatics..this is not the right category for this type of questions. But i’ll try to answer your question
Static friction is the friction which is exerted by ground or surface which is in contact with the body, on the body. Note that it only actds when the body is trying to move..when a body is experiencing no force then static frcition wont act. Now when the body starts to move then the value of the friction is reduced which we call kinetic friction.
Friction works by thee temporary bonds that are formed between the body and the surface on which it is kept.
