The answer must be [(3×E×ne)/4πgp].
Explaination: As the drop is in equilibrium with the electric field we have F=W. Total charge on n electrons is ne.
Eq=mg.
         Eq= (p×v)×g.  
         Ene= 4/3πr^3 × g × p.
         Hence r =[( 3×E×ne)/4×πgp]^1/3.
