Dear Raju
 
v1 = v / (40/195)
 
hence
v1 = 195 v / 40
 
and v2 = v / (40/193)
 
v2 = 193v /40
 
according to cndition
 
195v / 40 – v = 9
and
 
v – 193 v/40 = 9
 
adding two equations
 
v = 360 m /sec
