Dear student,

Kindly ask different questions in different threads. However the answer to the first one is as given below-

Electric field due to the wire present on the left at a distance $a$ is $\dfrac{\lambda_1}{2\pi\epsilon_0 a}$ .

The same electric field is present across the whole of the wire of charge $\lambda_2 L$
Hence the net force on the wire = $qE=(\lambda_2L)(\dfrac{\lambda_1}{2\pi\epsilon_0a})=\dfrac{\lambda_1\lambda_2L}{2\pi\epsilon_0a}$
