Find out the electric field, hence the force and hence the acceleration. Then apply kinematics equations.
For electric field,
E = -dV/dr
These are equipotential surfaces shown. Electric field is perpendicular to the lines shown. Finf the magnitude = 10/(Perpendicular distance between the two lines)
Acceleration will have the same direction as of the electric field.
