Hiii 
The total charge on inner surface = q 
First we will find Electric field due to point charge at centre 
Then find potential by using formula 
V = Integration of E.dl

Hiii you need to use proper limit for integration first from infinity to R2 , Then R2 to R1 , Then R1 to 0.
