A ckt has P=550W frm a source 220V,50Hz.The power factor of ckt=.8 current in the ckt lags voltage. show that a capacitor of abt (1/42pie*100)F will have to be connected in the ckt to bring power factor to unity

$VI=P \\=>I=P/V=55/22\\ I_{R}^2+I_{L}^2=I^2 \\=>cos(\theta)=0.8 \\=>\theta= \angle\,between\,I and I_R \\=>1+.8^2=I^2/I_{L}^2$
Get
$I_{L}$ from here
Now
$1/\omega L=\omega C$
If we get L we can get C.
$I_{L}/I=550/V_{L}\\=>V_{L}=550/(I_{L}/I)$
$\omega L*I_{L}=V_{L}$
Now get L.
