A capacitor of capacitance 10uF is charged by connecting through a resistance of 20uF and battery of 20V . What is the energy supplied by the battery?

Given as:
C1 = 10uF
C2 =  20uF
Potential difference = 20 V
Energy = ½(C1+C2) V^2
           = ½ * 30 *400
          =6000 V.
