Dear student,

Since the total charge on the drops will be conserved, the charge on the 64 drops will be equal to that on the single drop.

Potential of each small drop==\dfrac{kq}{r}=100
\implies q=\dfrac{1}{9}\times 10^{-9}C

Hence total charge on 64 drops=64q=\dfrac{64}{9}\times 10^{-9}C\approx 7nC

potential of one ball is 100V
So
Kq/r = 100
9*109*q/0.01 = 100
Then q = (1/9)*10-9
So charge of 64 ball = (64/9)*10-9C = 7nC
Hope it clears.
