can you please give the explanation of different frames used in what way in laws of motion

inertial frame(non-accelerating frame):-doesnt needs any pseudo force.

non-inertial frame(accelerating frame):-needs a pseudo force equal and opposite to the acceleration of the frameto act like inertail frame.
