Dear Nikhil ,
NO , it won't be affected by other charges . Simply see that the forces between two charges is governed by coloumb's law of electrostsics  which says that ----

Force on a charge Q1 Due to Sharge Q2 separated by a distance 'r' is    K  Q1Q2/(r^2) with direction decided by the sign of charges . AS you can yourself see from the formulae there is no dependence on other charges.

Please see that if you are using field approach then to find the force on q1 by q2 find field at tha location of q1 by q2 only . Don't consider other charges .

BEST OF LUCK!!!!
