F =K[1/100 + 8/400 + 27/900 + …... +1000/10000 ]*(10-8/10-6)
F =K[1/100 + 2/100 + 3/100 + …... +10/100 ]*(10-2)
F  = 55*K*10-4
F = 55*9*10-9*10-4
F = 4.95*10-11N.
