when a magnet is moved inside an inductor with its north pole towards it, then why its motion gets an opposing effect??

Dear student,

According to the lenz law, the direction of induced current in the inductor would itself be in the first place such that it opposes the change in flux through the inductor, and hence opposite pole would be induced on the inductor’s facing side.
