yes, it is true it is repelled by A
current in A increases with time so there will be change of flux in coil B which will induce a current in B
the direction of induced current in B will be opposite to direction of current in A and if the two loops carry current in opposite direction they repel each other.

and the direction of induced current in coil  B will be in a direction opposite to that of current in A.As we knw tht if the two loops carry current in opposite direction they repel each other  and vice-versa
