EMF produced incoil Bwill be zero because Magnetic field lines of coil A is not crossing cross section of coil B i.e. they are making 0 0 angle with area of coil B. So change in flux of coil B will be zero. Hence EMF produced in Coil B will also be zero. Hope it clears.
