Since, time required for, i = i0 / 4.
Put the value and find the answer for time...

we know that e=1/2lio^2 in the question it is given that maximum energy is 1/4 then  what we know  can put that in formula that we can get energy 1/4 we can put the value of io as 1/2 square then energy became 1/4 and simple use the formul of io/2=io(1-e-rt/l)..answer comes out to be a 3.45 which is equal to 3.5 approx..
