Dear Nagashravan ,
 
Magnetic field at the centre of smaller loop is given as B = μoiR2/2(R22 + X2 )3/2  
Area of smaller loop = pi.R12 .
Magnetic Flux = B X A 
On putting values i get  flux = 9.1 x 10-11wb ..
