From refraction at curved surface relation,
\dfrac{\mu_2}{v}-\dfrac{\mu_1}{u}=\dfrac{\mu_2-\mu_1}{R}
For light ray coming from infinity, the image is formed at focus. Hence

\dfrac{4/3}{f}-\dfrac{1}{-\infty}=\dfrac{\dfrac{4}{3}-1}{0.1}
\implies \dfrac{1}{f}=2.5D
