I=(E(1-e power (-tR/L)))/R.Differentiate this experssion with respect to t and multiply with L and you get thems en you will get emf at L.Upon differentiation emf at L=E(e power (-tR/L).Emf at R=36 – Emf at L.Then find their ratios.*** While calculating emf at L find t value from first equation.If u find t for the (b) part you get it to be infinity or zero.
