Is the resistance of direct current and alternating current in a bulb equal?? why? pls explain.

The term resistance is a bit comprihensive. If you are talking of net obstruction offered to current, then yes AC obstruction(better impedance) is more than DC obstruction(resistance)
The filament being in coiled structure behaves as an inductor.
 
The moment the bulb is operated with AC then the inductance comes in picture and total obstruction is resultant of inductive reactance and dc resistance.
 
Apart from this topic, AC resistance of a wire is always more than DC resistance because of the SKIN EFFECT of AC (due to which the current tends to flow better near open skin.)
