Hi, I have a confusion on a principle. If a current carrying conductor experiences a force in presence of a magnetic field. Then does the magnet providing the magnetic field also experience an equal and opposite force on itself by 3rd law of motion???

Hi, I have a confusion on a principle. If a current carrying conductor experiences a force in presence of a magnetic field. Then does the magnet providing the magnetic field also experience an equal and opposite force on itself by 3rd law of motion???

Yes, you are right . 
Source of magnetic field will also experience equal and opp. force . Newton 3rd law is valid ..
