L=2/pi H. 
C=100/pi x 10-6 F
R=75 ohm
      XωL
        = 100π x 2/π
         = 200 ohm
    Xc = 1/ωc
        = 1/ 100π•100/π x 10-6
          = 100 ohm
Z = 125 ohm.    (To be calculated)
    P = Vrms rms cos∂
       = ( Vrms)2 R
        ________
         Z2
       = 6/25 W
energy = Pt
             = 6/25 x 1200 s
              = 288 J
