(d) NOTE Since the rate of change of magnetic flux is zero, hence there will be no net induced emf and hence no current flowing I the loop.

Dear student,
Please find the answer to your question.

Since the rate of change of magnetic flux is zero, hence there will be no net induced emf and hence no current is flowing in the loop.

Thanks and regards,
