In a transformer, the number of turns in the primary and secondary coil are 1000 and 3000 respectively. if the primary is connected across 80V ac, the potential difference across each turn of the secondary will be ?

clearly coils increase by a factor of 3

so output volatage = 80 * 3 = 240Volt

The value of of ''n'' for given transformer is 3 so o/p is 240 V but for each turn ''n'' becomes 1/1000 so o/p for each turn is glven by 80/1000 V.
