can an inductor gain more voltage than its voltage source?

does an inductor in dc current with 1212 ohm resistor in series with current falling from 1 to 0 instantly gain voltage more than 730v?

yes, if the rate of change of current is sufficiently high. In theory, for instantaneous changes in current, voltage will be infinite
