Ans:- The origin of induced electric field is time rate change of magnetic field. According to maxwell's equation

\oint_{\partial S} \mathbf{E} \cdot \mathrm{d}\mathbf{l}  = - \frac {\partial \Phi_S{(\mathbf B)}}{\partial t}

Dear Aditya Raj,

 Because of changing magnetic field through the area of coil, emf induces which is basically because of magnetic forces on electrons. This emf cause electric field. You can calculate this emf using faradey law. As this emf is acting like a voltage, use  relation between voltage and electri field to get electric field.
