WE KNOW THAT SOME OF THE FREE ELECTRONS ARE PRESENT IN ANY CONDUCTING WIRE OR METAL SHEET . THUS WHEN CLOSE LOOP OF CONDUCTING WIRE IS MOVED IN MAGNETIC FIELD, FLUX CHANGES, CAUSING ELECTRONS TO FLOW, aCCORDING TO LENZ'S LAW. WHILE IF SOME METAL PIECE (SHEET) IS MOVED IN THIS MAGNETIC FIELD, FLUX CHANGES HERE ALSO. NOW CONSIDER SOME CIRCULAR PORTION  OF THIS METAL SHEET, IT WILL BEHAVE LIKE CONDUCTING WIRE AND ACCORDING TO LENZ'S LAW ELECTRONS BEGIN TO MOVE IN CIRCLE (INSIDE ASSUMED CIRCULAR PORTION). AS THE METAL SHEET IS MADE OF MANY SUCH CIRCULAR LOOPS, THUS ELECTRONS MOVES IN CIRCLE IN WHOLE OF THE METAL SHEET, THUS GENERATING CIRCULAR (ROUND EDDY CURRENTS.
