if i get all of my concepts clear fropm NCERT can I get selected.

Besides NCERT you also need to practice  good level problems for competitive exams so you need to have other books also.

Its true that cracking IIT needs a clear concept.

But Rahul you should practise  a lot of problems from other jee level book.

I would like to refer you some books i.e-

OBJECTIVE APPROACH TO PHYSICS VOL. 1 & 2-D.C.PANDEY(ARIHANT)

If u have more time and interest left then refer I.IRODOV books.

the above listed of books would get you IIT if you sincerly complete it.
