What is the maximum value of power factor and when does it occurs

power factor is cos\Phi = R/\left ( R^{2}+(\omega L-\1/\omega C)^{2} \right). Hence max cos value is 1 which is possible when X_{l}=X^{_{c}} i.e. resonance .
so when there is resonance then power factor will be maximum .
