Plate A will be negatively charged and plate B will be positively charged... this is determined by lenz law , which states that, An induced electromotive force (emf) always gives rise to a current whose magnetic field opposes the change in original magnetic flux.

We are viewing from magnet side.
So As N pole comes near the loop. the induced current in coil will be in such direction so it behave N as N.
So direction of current is anticlockwise. So A will be positive and B will be negative.

As According to lenz law direction of induced currrent in the loop is such that it opposes the cause due to which it was induced … Hence in this question on seeing from magnet side (left hand side) we see that magnetic line of forces were   going to Right hand side (inward to the loop )  that means the magnetic field is inward to the loop  Hence the direction of induced current is in such a way that it opposes the direction of magnetic field i.e.( inward to the loop ) Therefore the direction is in anticlockwise direction  and Hence the Plate A and plate B of the capacitor is positive and negative respectively  HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!
