First of all just clear your question , what do you want to ask ?
I did not get the question properly. 
Resistance of long wire is usually large and we use capacitors in transmission lines to transmitt .
Impedance of capacitance is 1/Xc 
When we find current V= IR 
capacitive impedance will get multiplied.
