THERE EXISTS A MISCONCEPTION THET THE LINE VOLTAGE IS IN MULTIPLE OF 11 DUE TO FORM FACTOR.THE FORM FACTOR OF AN ALTERING CURRENT WAVEFORM (SIGNAL) IS THE RATIO OF THE RMS (ROOT MEAN SQUARE) VALUE TO THE AVERAGE VALUE.
