What is the difference between static charge & dynamic charge?

static charge is an imbalance of electric charge.within or on the surface of metal.the charge remains until it is electrically discharged.ex-charge developed in combing a hair

dynamic charge is basically the continuous flow of electric curent.it is defined by voltage,current and resistance.ex-current flow through a wire.
