just apply normal kvl equations;
let the bottom loop has i1 current and the upper loop has the i2 current …the equations are given below...
use these relations to calculate the value of i2...that will be the answer
20-1(i1-i2)-4(i1) = 0
-10-2(i2)-1(i2-i1)=0
from these ;
(i2)+2(i1) = 5
and I hope the answer will be 20A....option (3)
