E1 = 10V,  r1 = 2 ohm
E2 = 4V, r2 = 2 ohm
Eeq = (E1*r2 – E2*r1)/(r1 + r2) = (10*2 - 4*2)/(2+2) = 3V.
req = (r1*r2)/(r1+r2) = 2*2/4 = 1 ohm
