Let us assume the potential at poit A is V volt, and at point B the potential is 0v.

Apply nodal to the network and solve for V

You will find V as 2.09 volt.

so, the current flow through 10 ohm resistor is 1.29 amp. (Upward )

and potential difference between A and B is 2.09 volt.
