subject-about correction of strong generator output current fluctuations

Sir, I am a radiologist and want to open a hospital in rural area but electricity is great problem. so i want to purchase a erect body/ lister type 12 H.P.diesel engine & attach with it to10 K.W. converter/alternater but output current fluctuation is a great problem. my question is that how we can remove these strong fluctuations .... either we put stabilizer(what capacity for 10K.W.) or any other method to remove these fluctuations?
